The Built World Advisors Cafecito Club started as an experiment—a way to bring together our podcast guests, listeners, and colleagues in the commercial real estate industry. Turns out, it hit a nerve. Over 30 people showed up to our first one. Now it’s a monthly thing.
Why We Started It
Real estate is a people business. But most networking events feel stale. We wanted something that felt organic—where you could have a real conversation with someone doing real work in Miami. And yeah, we love strong Cuban coffee.
Who Comes
Developers. Architects. Land use attorneys. Brokers. Investors. City officials. It’s a curated mix, but anyone serious about Miami’s built world is welcome. The vibe is low-key, but the deal-making? That happens too.
